just install the cars like the way you are told.
then make the map.
add the cars etc.
then, add with winbspzip.exe the files of the models/cars with same directory(folder) path.
voila! done!
i dont realy remember where i got winbspzip.exe from.
my version has some bugs, but it works fine.
i hope this answered your question.

Okay, thx. But now, in the map, the models wont show up by them self, so how to make the models in hammer?

just like i told you.
install the models in the correct path in hl2dm for instance.
then add them in hammer into the map.
prop_static or prop_physics for instance.
then compile the complete map and build cubemaps.
then open winbspzip.exe and select your compiled map from out the halflife2deathmatch\hl2mp\maps folder.
then add the models by selecting the whole subfolder.
i added a custom content folder to add there all the custom stuff like textures and models and even script files or sounds.
(but sounds dont work that way due to bugs)

like i have a special folder to put custom content in whatever it might be.
becouse if you install models and add the shole subfolder, you add all the present content thats already in there and thats not needed in the bsp file which makes it unnesecarily bigger in size of bytes.

i have created folders for hometown:
...\SteamApps\YOURACCOUNT\half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp\Custom Files\Hometown\models
...\SteamApps\YOURACCOUNT\half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp\Custom Files\Hometown\materials
...\SteamApps\YOURACCOUNT\half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp\Custom Files\Hometown\scripts

for riverview:
...\SteamApps\YOURACCOUNT\half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp\Custom Files\Riverview\models
...\SteamApps\YOURACCOUNT\half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp\Custom Files\Riverview\materials

these folders are not used by the game itself.
its like a content group for each map.
everything i put in there, i have to copu it in the real models or materials folder to use it in game and in hammer!

half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp\models is the real models folder.

if i will add all that content just select to add the ...\SteamApps\YOURACCOUNT\half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp\Custom Files\Riverview\models folder to add all model content and which will create a folder named models in the bsp file which gives the models the correct path thats needed to in the right place.
then select to add ...\SteamApps\YOURACCOUNT\half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp\Custom Files\Riverview\materials folder to add all model content and which will create a folder named models in the bsp file which gives the models the correct path thats needed to in the right place. otherwise the models wont show up in game while they are in the bsp file which makes the bsp file bigger for nonsence. if so, then delete it, and start over again.
in this way, save your map after compiling and buildcubemaps with the winbspzip.exe program to another file name.
so you will have a backup of your map without the content files.

this is all the info there is about that i can tell you with my way of doing these things.
good luck.
